I have been very happy with this app! Setup is easy, and options are flexible. So far, I am on the free plan and loving it. I also love that it is a built-in option to offer feedback to the AI assistant for any improvements or features in the app. It says a lot about a developer who actively asks and is willing to make it so easy to listen to their customers.
Very powerful application that works straight out of the box to capture reviews and even request reviews from customers. Couldn't have been easier to set up. Any questions I have had I receive excellent support within minutes. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting to have reviews on their storefront!
Works really well and has a lot of features that other review apps don't on the free level. I wish it were easier to reassign reviews when URLs change though. Additionally, adding product groups is a big cost to have to go up to $15/mo just for that. Overall though, I like it better than other review apps and support is very helpful.
