Switched to appstle because the cost was better and allowed us to email about points expiring.. we had a few hiccups with the migration but the team was very responsive and helped sort each issue out. So far i am very happy with the change!

We’re moving our rewards program from Smile to Appstle Loyalty, and setup has been smooth from start to finish. Appstle synced our customers and lifetime spend right away, which made building VIP tiers easy. We set up spend-based tiers with points multipliers, a rotating free-product reward, referrals, and points for reviews and social follows, all on the Business plan. Their support team answered our questions quickly and clearly, including how the Klaviyo integration works and how to import points from our old program. It’s flexible, well thought out, and easy to test before going live. Highly recommend.
